information about products and services offered by the Maori Business Network. The
information will be stored on the Maori Business Network database, Gisborne. Members have
the right of access to and correction of any information held as provided for in the
Privacy Act 1993 and any subsequent amendments.
Any information will only be disclosed to another person(s), Organisation or agency where
it is deemed necessary and/or appropriate, for one or more purposes as set out in this
paragraph.
The Maori Business Network may be asked at any time to make submissions, provide
representation, consult, advise to Organisation, agencies, groups etc. and members
authorize such action(s) that may be necessary to be carried out with the best interests
of the membership being paramount at all times.
